Return Policy

If you want to return one or more items you have 14 days from delivery date. To exercise your right to return an item you should notify us of this intention by phone or email.

In order to be eligible for the return, the original packaging must be undamaged and the item(s) must be in new conditions with no signs of use. We do accept exchanges, only returns. After the time period of 14 days after delivery, the goods won't be accepted or refunded.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 1-2 working days after approval.

Return Shipping: For your convenience, you can return it using your own method or request a return label from us. A flat $9.50 will be deducted from your credit for the return label. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable on return.

Restocking Fee: There's a minimum of 15% restocking fee on all opened items.

For exchanges, your replacement item will be shipped within 1-2 business days after we have received your return.
